South of the River Chapter

The South Chapter consists of a mixture of people, ranging from current serving and ex-serving members of the Defence Force, both young and old, plus a number of Associate members who are Non Military.

We do not discriminate race, gender, religion or on the type of motorcycle you ride, but, we do insist that the motorcycle be of 250cc or greater. No road-trail bikes will be accepted.

Our annual charity event is the Defence Force Memorial Ride held in May each year. The proceeds of this event go to various charitable organisations, such as Legacy.

The Club is very much a family orientated club, and as such, we have many events which include the whole family. Weekends away to other Chapters, overnight events, social gatherings and BBQ’s etc.

Spouses, girlfriends, boyfriends and children are always welcome to come along to any function unless the function or activity is organised for members only.

Our meetings are always a good place to catch up and meet everybody.
